چکیده

The purpose of this trial was to evaluate the effects Punica granatum L. and Allium cepa peels aqueous cyclodextrin extracts on broiler chicks’ performance welfare status, as well meat chemical composition oxidative stability. A total 120 one-day-old male Ross-308 chicks were randomly allocated three treatments with four replicate pens (10 per pen). Broiler in control group fed typical commercial rations mash form, based maize soybean meal. other two further supplemented mixture at level 0.1% feed, respectively. At end (day 35), tissue samples collected for analysis. Body weight (BW), feed intake (FI), average daily gain (ADG) conversion ratio (FCR) during period 1–10 days, 11–24 25–35 days 1–35 evaluated. Litter score, dry matter litter, pododermatitis feather score also assessed trial. Data analyzed ANOVA using SPSS v25 software. results showed that BW, FI FCR values did not differ among groups. Scoring pododermatitis, diarrhea, feather, fecal moisture, wooden breast white stripping (p ≥ 0.05) favorably affected < composition, color parameters, TBARS protein carbonyls. Diet supplementation increased ∑n-3 fatty acids ∑n-6 thigh meat. cis-4,7,10,13,16,19-Docosahexaenoic acid broilers diets pomegranate onion peel found be higher 0.05), while these group. Aqueous may provide a promising additive diet functional properties, absence stressful conditions.
